Knotty pine door in jamb 30.25 x 80

Unpainted prehung door, in pretty good condition, doesn't appear to have any cracks or splits anywhere.
It will need a new insert for the upper half of the door as this is a door blank.
Would make a sweet screen Door or greenhouse entry.
Left hand in swing.
