This lovely trunk has seen lots of use through the decades, and it has lots more to give. It has built up a great patina and smells like mothballs inside. The pictures don't do it justice, but this piece has been painted a few different shades of blue in its lifetime, so that it has a worn, soft silvery wash on its exterior and a few brighter shades mingling inside. Stunning!
