This old parlor sofa is going to need some work done before she hosts any more guests. The fabric is faded and torn, and the cushion has pulled away from the back, leaving a hole. The wooden frame is in fair condition, with minimal scratches and marks. The fabric around the back is still pretty vibrant and could be repurposed/reused. Give it new life and give it another chance!

The seat height is about 14" and from armrest to armrest it is about 63" wide.
