Someone captured and put fish in this glass prism prison. Legend states if you smash it open on a full moon at the dock they were caught on, you will ascend to fish heaven and be able to speak to Fish God. Or idk maybe it was from a state fair or a farmers market or something. They do look cool with lasers or colored lights through it.
