Heavy Duty Pulley 13.5 x 7.5 x 2.5

Heavy duty metal pulley with some damage. It once had a 2000 lb capacity, but it's best used for much less weight now. It has a crack starting in the center bar, and some broken off pieces. It measures 13.5 x 7.5 x 2.5.
