About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our Salvage Lumber Warehouse team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that starts in production but has a clear pathway for growth.
Initially, your focus will be learning our inventory from the ground up: processing raw reclaimed wood, denailing, and organizing the warehouse. As you master the product knowledge and our operations, this role offers the potential to transition into a Retail & Showroom, Milling and Production, or Community Engagement leadership positions.
We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work today but has the communication skills to manage sales and customer relationships tomorrow.
