Vintage Display Form With Stand

Old form for retail display. It is made of cardboard/wood and a light gray knit fabric covers it.
Has some condition issues like holes in the fabric and it could definitely use a cleaning.
The base is iron that screws into the center of the form.
The rod is attached to a thick piece of glass for the base. The glass has scratches.
Overall fair condition but it is stable and can be used as-is. Halloween decor?
