Vintage brass ring with three eyelets made by Perko. Perko is an old brand mainly known for their marine grade products. This likely fit around a ship's mast with the eyelets used for rope; but there's many uses for its second life. The diameter is 3.5 inches, the eyelets are .5 inches wide.
