This beautiful 6 stair spiral staircase is sure to be a stunner, no matter how you utilize it. This piece features solid oak wood stairs and railing, with wrought iron spindles. It's in great condition with no damage present. The landing is carpeted and the carpet is also clean and in good condition but would likely need to be replaced to match your unique needs.
This piece could be utilized for many different purposes, but ideally the right owner would modify it for a split level home, as the landing height (48") is at half story height. Total height of this piece is 126". The height from the base to the landing is 48". The widest part is 74", with the landing having a width of 46" and from the edge of the stairs to the post the width measures 42". The stairs themselves measure 11" x 28". The height of the top stair to the railing is 35".
