Missing the plague, but we can confirm this is a Wilton Bench Vise. Heavy duty and industrial, this piece was salvaged from an old bottle manufacturing company. Combination bench and pipe vises feature upper jaws for holding flat workpieces and lower jaws for holding pipe and round stock.
