Very nice modern hardware, all in great operable condition.
No squeaks or creaks.
We believe this bench has been refinished, but all the Teak is in good condition.
The bench does show signs of weathering, most notably on the arm rests, but this is nothing an afternoons worth of TLC can’t fix.
Teak is a species renowned for it’s ability to withstand rot, making it an ideal material for building high quality outdoor furniture.
