This is an authentic 1944 MK6 50 caliber wood and steel training dummy cartridge from World War II. These were used in "loading machine drills" and simulated the size and weight of an actual live round, so this is heavy! It has some minor surface scuffs and a crack in one side of the body, but it is complete and overall in good condition. This is an impressive piece of history and would be great for display.
