Lochkelden Salvaged Rough Sawn Old Growth Framing Board 1.5 x 11.25 x 158

In fair condition. Some bolt holes, fringe, dents, chips, etc. (see photos). This board spent all its life thus far in a gorgeous bayside mansion. It has plenty of life left in it.

This item was salvaged from the Lochkelden estate in the Windermere neighborhood of Seattle. It was built in 1907 for Roland Denny and Alice Kellogg. You can read more about the history of Lochkelden and the Denny family on our blog.
