All refunds (except non-functioning appliances and radiators) are subject to a 10% processing fee. All returns must be accompanied by original receipt. Returns from 0-45 days may be accepted to original payment method. Returns from 45-90 days may be issued in store credit only. Consignment, cabinet sets and other specifically noted items are non-refundable. Cash refunds may be issued by check. All returned items must be in the same condition as purchased. 7 days of free storage may be offered. A storage fee of $5/item/day will be charged after 7 days. Items left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned, resold, and no refund will be issued.
