This one is a big ice box! 4 full sized compartments that are enameled on the inside. The one that is different, top right, may have been the freezer? Or housed the refrigeration? The metal is rusted through in the cap piece but was coated with paint since then. The door is covered with metal. It looks in nice condition considering its age. We don't know about its operation, if it works or not.
