Primitive Homemade Anvil 8.75 x 2.75 x 2.625

A homemade anvil made from what looks like a mining cart rail or something like that, it is like a railroad track but smaller. It has a 1.25 inch wide contact surface. Other measurements are 8.75 x 2.75 x 2.625 inches.
