This antique Edison heating lamp has a patent date of 1917. The wiring appears to be original and would likely need to be redone to be used safely. The lamp head tilts up and down, has a unique heating coil in the center surrounded by a copper protective cage and copper backing to best distribute concentrated heat. This would be a great display piece or a great addition for a collector of antique heating technology.
