This is a Mepla Mat 750, a used, German-made hinge boring and insertion machine designed for woodworking.
It operates on 110V single-phase power, making it suitable for standard shop electrical setups.
This drill has some wear and tear. Who ever previously owned this unit had crafted and rolling stand and storage for this drill.
Untested here, but the customer said it worked when he brought it in.
