The Grundfos MQ3-45 1 HP Pressure Boost Pump (115V) is an all-in-one pressure boosting unit designed for domestic water supply. It’s pretty compact and should be easy to install. It has a user-friendly control panel for turning the pump on/off, auto reset, and an alarm for dry running or over-heating. This pump booster currently retails for $1100!
Visually, it is stained with minerals (I tried really hard to clean and scrap off what I could!) and is missing two fittings (replacement fitting kits are available online where most Grundfos pumps are sold).
It powers on, but we were unable to further test the pump’s functionality. As such, upon purchase of this item, you have 45 days to return the appliance for a complete refund if it does not function as intended and our usual restocking fee is waived.
