This Central Machinery 5 Speed Drill press has been tested and is working great. It comes with the chuck key. May need a little oiling, but the chuck tightens and loosens and the machine turns on and runs. Speed can be adjusted manually by moving the belts on the top of the machine. A great small drill press for a workshop space.
