This awning is great at deflecting sun and light rain. Fully electric with a remote so there is no cranking needed. It is only a couple years old and has a little wear, but should function for years to come.
We believe we have all of the mounting hardware to install as well. Not sure if it applies to this model, but some of these have optional attachments for home automation, where it can be put on a timer or set to automatically retract if wind gets a bit too rough.
The awning is 18 feet wide and projects from the building just over 10 feet.
