Antique Section Of U Temple Handrail

Total length of handrail measured roughly 74.5.
17.5 tall.
This very cool section of handrail was pulled from the U Temple church which was constructed throughout the 1920’s.
This was a corner section so it completes a full 90 degree bend.
This handrail features very cool ornate woodwork that unfortunately does not extend the full length of the section.
However It is otherwise in good shape.
There is typical wear from use on an item of this age, such as scratches from people’s jewelry and transportation during the de-construction process.
It is made out of a hardwood, we believe to be walnut. Though it is hard to tell through all the coats of varnish over the years!
